Not much time left, and I suppose I need to cast my vote. I’m inclined to break the tie one way or the other. If either side is willing to drop a TLDR of reasons within 10 mins, I’ll read it and weigh the options. Will’s side has more reasons overall, so I’m inclined to go that direction right now. If no one drops anything, I’m going to

M88 End of Night 1:
Barrel Maker Grym Firebeard had not believed the Foreman could be corrupt. He spent the night in contemplation when his nightly barreling was done. He hoped he had chosen well. His journals were filled to the brim, and he hurried excitedly from the barreling room toward the mess hall.

Along the way, he felt the call of nature, and took a turn toward the stairs down to the lavatories. They were positioned so that they drained into the river downstream of the intake and the bees. When his business was done, he turned around, standing face to face with another worker - Olim Tinforged. He noticed his papers had fallen from his hand before he noticed the knife in his gut.

"Sorry about this, old man. But we just couldn't afford your work falling into the right hands."

Grym collapsed, clutching towards his papers - but the man was scopping them up. As he died, he clutched the bundle that remained - a fiction he called "As Written in the Correspondence of the Mafia."

BRAINBOMB has died. He was the Barrel Maker.

1. Crud, that sucks for Brain, wanting to play, getting to sub in, and then being killed. RIP.

Why did you pick Just over Jamie when you gave up on ghug?

I feel like I am good at reading all three of those players. Only with Will did I think there was a tangible reason to vote for them.

Not enough data to assess the other two players confidently, though I do have suspicions.

Why did you initially list Just third in your "in order of willingness to vote for" list?

That reason is lost to time. I think I was overthinking one thing or another. I think I realized Jamiet and Will were tied and the ghug wagon wasn't lifting off.

I agreed with Bunny about foodcoats hard defending Will in the moment being scummy/TMIish, but given Will's flip I think that exchange looks both of them look pretty townie.

I was roleblocked. Chaqa has confirmed that I'd get this message from being jailed or Mafia RBed, which means we know at a minimum that Mafia didn't RB their kill and we should probably have another RB claim.

You are the only one who knows that if it is true.

How likely do you think it is that the mafia RBed you but did not NK you?

Definitely not impossible. I'm more inclined to think brain jailed me given his suspicions of me and the fact that I'm a popular early target, but that's far from a certainty.

No, but I wouldn't rule it out as a possibility yet.

Yes, but only because I have not had time to properly assess D1. I got very little done during the interim. I think getting rid of night chat stunted my activity because I like to use the thread to post my thoughts. For whatever reason I am generally not motivated to write my thoughts down other than in thread.

Will: I think there is a decent chance Will is scum. Bona has correctly pointed out that Will's content mostly lacks substance. My discussion with him also indicated that Will's state of mind was one of disinterest in solving the game, which is less likely to come from Town.

This feels like it makes sweet town. It feels thoughtful and it builds on a narrative already in the thread. Doing that really puts JustWill at risk at this time. Doesn't look like bussing godfather.

I think it quite likely at least 2 remaining scum (if not all 3) were off the Just wagon so that is a pool of 7 with Sparta Balki and food being the most suspicious.
