These are probably dumb questions but I forget how PRs usually process and the last game turned me into a mech-head.

-what response does the doctor get if they block a kill versus targeting a non-kill target versus being roleblocked?
-do non PR RB targets receive a message they were RBd? (I assume PRs do…)
-do people who are visited by the doctor get a message of any kind and is it different if they are saved versus if it has no effect?
-I assume the Cop generates no PM to the investigated person but hey let’s double-check

And normally the Doctor does not get a message if they make a save, it's the target that gets a save message.
