Correct!
For any of you interested in this sort of thing: I find the role of him in the Georgian and Abchaz public memory quite interesting, it’s not something I’m an expert in, but it’s the sort of thing I’d know about of the time I’d have on any given day wouldn’t be limited.

It's kind of funny - two of the recent answers (Beria and Harold Holt) have made my "list" of potential people to use in future games - and I talked myself out of guessing both of them!
