It depends what you view as "active". I am currently in four ongoing games with actual humans in them.

Seems like there is a good deal of activity still here. From what I gather it's not as much as it used to be (I can't verify that as I've only been here a short while), but you can consistently start and fill up a game within a week.

I concur with what previous responses said, it is at least relatively active, I currently have 5 games going on, you can find a good number of open games, people are filling games (including chaos games), you may have some trouble filling a large stakes game but for a low stakes game you there is a good bit of activity.
