Hm, not a lot to work with here.

Its a not-obviously blonde actress from a non-USA English speaking northern hemisphere country born in the 80's who's not making any beauty lists, not working in movie franchises, and not an Oscar type actress, not Irish, and has done something on the big screen in the past 7 years.

A little narrowed down but still a pretty deep pool. I didn't really understand the 6 and 7 hint, if that meant she also sings I didn't connect those dots.

Why do we think not UK or Canada? Is that based on those lists of actresses in Q17? If we are rethinking that she's a singer rather than an actress, she wouldn't show up there. A lot of big singers show up in documentaries—for example, Ellie Goulding was in a documentary that is listed on her Wikipedia page as a film.

I'm finally starting to appreciate the scrutiny under hair colour question, in looking for a candidate there truly is many different ways to interpret how to answer that. Under a less qualified response Rihanna would have technically qualified (but I checked and she's not sporting the blonde look at the moment so it's not).

Point of clarification question though, did we determine if we counting altered hair colour for this response or is the intention that blonde is part of her natural look? I'm understanding that the intention is that this person is blonde at the moment and whether it's natural or not is irrelevant.

Suffice to say, I don’t have access to this person to know whether they have blonde hair right now. I just went by their Wikipedia page picture and confirmed that I could find a more recent picture as well. I did not try to make any judgements other than “is some or all of that hair blonde?”
