Re: 20Q - Twenty Questions - Character Edition
Gonna guess George W. Bush for now (No penalty for guessing prior to first 20 questions, I believe. If this counts as a question ignore)
Are they American?
Are they American?

Re: 20Q - Twenty Questions - Character Edition
I mean, I don't know but I'd guess so. White man who killed someone sounds stereotypical american to me
Re: 20Q - Twenty Questions - Character Edition
Guess: Charles Manson
Question: To define the "killer" part, was this person actually convicted of murder?
Question: To define the "killer" part, was this person actually convicted of murder?
Re: 20Q - Twenty Questions - Character Edition
A president definitely would. I think most people would agree that this person I am thinking of is not an important historical figure.
Yes, they are American.
No, they were not.
1. Not a Diplomacy player
2. Not a woman
3. Is a person that is living/has lived
4. Has killed someone
5. Is white
6. Does not wear job gloves. While not impossible, you would not associate them with gloves before thinking of many, many other things first
7. Not an important historical figure
8. Has been alive in the last 22 years (2000 or later)
9. American
10. Was not actually convicted of murder
(Not Charles Manson, not George W. Bush)
Re: 20Q - Twenty Questions - Character Edition
Was that person legally allowed to take the life (as mentioned in point 4) at the time it happened?
Re: 20Q - Twenty Questions - Character Edition
Good clarification, and I just realized that I myself may have unintentionally misled, so I'll give this one as a freebie:
1. Not a Diplomacy player
2. Not a woman
3. Is a person that is living/has lived
4. Has killed someone (illegally)/is commonly understood to have killed someone, (illegally)
5. Is white
Thanks for the clear-up, I would've counted that as two separate questions since a thought of mine was someone who took a life in their line of work (like soldier, police or executioner or something like that), but if you count both together I'm thankful.
Re: 20Q - Twenty Questions - Character Edition
Is the killing (or killings) the main thing this person is known for?

Re: 20Q - Twenty Questions - Character Edition
Is this person mainly known for their involvement in the entertainment (film, music, art, etc.) industry?
Re: 20Q - Twenty Questions - Character Edition
Tough to give a straight yes or no answer, but I would say yes, they are mainly known from their involvement in the entertainment industry, but not for.

Re: 20Q - Twenty Questions - Character Edition
"From but not for" implies this is a real person who did not actually do anything in entertainment, but had something made about them in the entertainment field. So someone from recent times who isn't important, but IS A) Famous enough that 50% of people have heard of them and B)Whatever film/art thing made about them was famous enough to be responsible for why everyone knows who they are.
That's not an easy riddle.
Question: Have they had multiple movies made about them?

No, they have not, and yes, the first part is right on the money.Doom427 wrote: ↑Mon May 23, 2022 1:29 pm"From but not for" implies this is a real person who did not actually do anything in entertainment, but had something made about them in the entertainment field.
