26 Aug 12 UTC Spring, 2000: [South-Africa]:Frozen A. I hope we can safely split our Antarctic sc's I'll take BAT and south P
26 Aug 12 UTC Spring, 2000: [Near-East]:@Libya- Non-Agression Policy?
26 Aug 12 UTC Spring, 2000: [India]:Ni Hau. Yes, that sounds fine.

27 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2000: [China]:You have betrayed me. I am disappointed in you. Commit sepukku now to restore your honor.
27 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2000: [India]:Contraire, my Mandarin friend. You can take it now. Just didn't want you there in spring to threaten Cal.
27 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2000: [China]:Understood. Perhaps I should be more trustful of you in the future, India.
27 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Near-East]:@Russia, I'll allow you control of Armenia, in exchange for a non-agression policy, whilst you resolve your conflict with Europe
27 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Europe]:Do we have a conflict? We both played Poland. It's can be happened with no communication.
27 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Near-East]:@Europe- your move to Poland shows clearly hostile intentions, given that it borders the neutral SC(Ukraine) and the Russian SC(Bel). If your move had suceeded you wouldve been in a position to take the Russian SC yourself, or prevent him from keeping Ukraine, and instead taking it for yourself.

So yes, to an outside observer it does look like y'all have a conflict, albeit one that is just starting
27 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Russia]:@ Near-East, I appreciate your suggestion.
27 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Near-East]:@Russia- does this mean you agree?
27 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Russia]:@ Near East: Yes, I agree.
27 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Near-East]:@Russia- awesome, may this beginning of a period of co-operation between our two nations prosper and continue for many years :)
27 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Europe]:also agree to me russia?
27 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Near-East]:@Europe- for him to agree wouldnt you have to propose something first?
