Antartica-- I still have an army there & it has a choice of three of your sc's that are unnocupied to attack-- so with 2 units backed up by 2 fleets I have forced you to commit 5 units plus 3 fleets to defend 6 sc's & capture one remaining one of mine in Antartica the strategic advantage that my allies & myself gain is you cannot release units from the fight in Anartica to press your expansion in China & India, you still have no army in China or India where you have to hold 7 sc's with 5 fleets. "game" situation-- Kenya's player going on a vacation & not having sufficient internet access to keep going is a slight setback in the short term only-- once I take control of Kenya then the "command" structure of my alliance group is simplified to 3 players from 4 players. I have been lucky in the "alliance dances" & have two good allies in Near East & USA and now have 19 sc's --the same as you I am not going to make any complaint-- look at the situation of Europe & Old Campaigner-- he is a good player, but isolated by game situation & alliances of others so if anyone "has my sympathy" it's Old Campaigner
