You could all go ahead and surrender to Carthage, We would rule with a velvet glove and all you other kings and such would be able to keep your palaces and gold with a minimum annual tribute to Carthage and acknowledgment of our supremacy with ourself as your Emperor. I suppose that might be a bit much to ask though at this point. Perhaps after my valiant soldiers and sailors thrash your armies and fleets a bit you'll decide to capitulate.
