Game drawn
07 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1903: I am also going to Greece, on the 17th for four weeks.
08 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1903: I'm down for a pause and will respect it since it was asked way in advanced
08 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1904: Did austria disappear?
08 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1904: two and four week pause? Good lord.
08 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1904: Granted, it's great and I'm jealous, but a 4-week break is mind-boggling to an American such as myself. A company I used to work for bought a French company, but preserved the existing time-off policies... and the French employees would go away for so long that we'd start assuming they'd left permanently.
09 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1904: I'd say get rid of the others and draw
13 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1905: Diplomacy... a game to be played with no expectations... so one is never, and always, surprised...
14 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1905: I would do nap to tyr, apu to Ionian, and move pie to ven. do Tyr to Boh and then you move ven to tyr. What do you think?
14 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1905: I'd go for Switzerland
14 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1905: Land war.
14 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1905: Austria! You fail it! Defeat for you. Well played, absent master.
16 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1906: im leaving tonight. a pause would be great.
17 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1906: Turkey and Italy cooperate. Such weakness.
18 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1906: Their brilliant, energetic attacking style became typical. Boring even.
19 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1907: Man alive, what year is this? I don't even remember how Prussia ended up Austrian-color.
19 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1907: Also, will Turkey crush Italy like insect or worm?
21 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1907: tut tut germany, i shall enjoy watching your slow death.
21 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1907: Russia... wow man... Turkey gave you a little support there, now you're a big shot? Turkey gave you a little hug this turn, the *very same* Turkey who put a foot in your behind, took all your stuff, and made a joke of your plans? You should be cursing Turkey mate... but I think he didn't just outmaneuver you, he's actually controlling your mind now.
21 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1907: Italy beware... you could also end up being the same kind of cackling, lethally diminished zombie for Turkey as well. Turkey is a pretend friend, and a zombie master.
21 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1907: DO YOU SEE ANY BORDERS THAT TURKEY HAS RESPECTED? He's crossed into every territory adjacent to him. And now that his neighbors (Austria, Russia) are gone... Italy and I are the new neighbors.
21 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1907: You don't see me stomping all over France because it's "nearby", do you? Italy, choose who you will draw with.
21 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1907: Wow this game just got intense, and I thought it was just a game? Have I missed something?
21 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1907: Well I was attacked by Austria first so it makes sense I went for him and I haven't attacked Italy at all. When I came to that border I stopped and went North where I saw opportunity. You would be surprised who came up with going for you. Also this is a game called diplomacy, just a game but you have to find a way to better yourself and give yourself a chance to win. It doesn't always work out for you though.
21 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1907: Lol sorry if I made it sound "intense" - it's just a rant :) I'll tone it down if it's coming across like a sore point. It's not. Just fulminating within the game
21 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1907: Anyway... Italy... you may tip the balance, or you may be meat for Turkey's grinder.
21 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1907: Haha way to get right back to the point
23 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1908: Who'd agree to a France-Germany-Turkey 3-way draw? Really only France, Germany and Turkey need to agree. Germany is all in favor.
23 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1908: haha hey be happy there is no longer AH red in Prussia
23 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1908: also if us 3 draw now it means nothing and then everyone else can draw and get some of the pie
23 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1908: Yes, eliminating the others in short order would be part of the draw plan. Would be very easy then we could conclude the game.
24 Jun 12 UTC Autumn, 1908: As the one Power on the map that has nice relations with the remaining Powers, I propose that we do up a draw as soon as the game eliminates England.

At this point, I think any combination of Powers would end in either a stalemate, or an unpredictable rush to a solo. (Honestly, that only applies to Turkey and myself... nothing personal, Germany/Italy, but you kids are in the middle).

Turkey and I are probably wondering the same thing: Can we push out enough to solo? I think the answer is no. I know that if I was looking like I was going to take it, Turkey would rally Germany and Italy to stop me. I'd do likewise(and have been).

So lets draw this up, GG this thing, and have a good post-game smoke.
26 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1909: Turkey wants the victory!
26 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1909: Oh, still 4 hours left. (Morning Pacific time here.)
26 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1909: Anyway, France, I'm charging at Turkey. North sea fleet is moving to Skagerrak and points east. Let's set up a convoy route for you to take it directly to Turkey. I'll support you into Livonia (or other such suitable place) eventually.
26 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1909: For starters you should take the North Sea, I'm leaving it. Actually I just realized it's not all sea route to the East, but I'd be willing to swap Sweden or Denmark for Belgium for you to land your units.
26 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1909: France has Germany's full, suicidal, altruistic support.
26 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1909: There will be no stopping until France's victory.
26 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1909: farewell draw! i have cancelled
26 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1909: now playing to make turkey lose
26 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1909: I'm playing against anybody who opposes a draw. Please reenter your draw vote.
26 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1909: OK then. I draw. Adjust your moves accordingly.
26 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1909: Wow some people are cranky haha I check once a day and usually around the same time so I am now back online.
26 Jun 12 UTC Spring, 1909: I say we should still 3way draw, so much room for opportunity
26 Jun 12 UTC How many more turns do you think there are until I hit a wall?
26 Jun 12 UTC I plan on drawing but doesn't anyone else prefer a 3-way draw?
26 Jun 12 UTC I will most likely draw after the end of this phase, I just want to see where it goes. In all honesty since no one is on my side
26 Jun 12 UTC Okay I lied, didn't see anything really more going to happen since no one wanted to go for a 3way
26 Jun 12 UTC Good game.
26 Jun 12 UTC Yeah, sorry. I didn't see any way to get to a 3 way without running the risk of you soloing. :)

And I wasn't confident of getting into the proper position to solo myself. :)
27 Jun 12 UTC Knocking out Italy? haha Even though he was my ally the second half of the game
