24 May 12 UTC	Spring, 2000: [Russia]:Dorf is going to miss all his turns because he's on vacation. If people could avoid profiting from that too much that'd be nice to keep the game balanced. Once he has missed 3 turns (3 days) he'll automatically be replaceable with someone else.

A truce is formed between these two nations. - Australia's fleets in the SE Indian and SW Pacific oceans sail immediately east or west, whichever way best combats the Africans (almost certainly west). - Australia and Antarctica demilitarize or "DMZ" the aforementioned oceans to assure friendship between the two nations. Western Canada, and the United States of America: - Immediately cease all hostilities. A truce is formed between these two nations. - USA's army in Albania is used to help Western Canada recover Northwest Territories from Quebec, then moved east to best use against the Africans. - Albania is made DMZ. - Western Canada's fleet in N Pacific is moved somewhere to assist against the Africans, and N Pacific is made DMZ. Brazil, Argentina, and the United States of America: - Immediately cease all hostilities. A truce is formed between these nations. - USA gets to keep Venezuela, and Columbia. but gives up Peru due to Argentina needing more units to hold off the Africans. - Brazil immediately moves Salvador to Rio de Janeiro to bounce out Ghana. Brazil then commits suicide in the way that will best assist the rest of the nations in the accord. - Brazil uses Recife to assist in the retaking of the Northwest Atlantic, using USA's fleets. - USA supports hold Brazil's fleet in Recife in order to stop Ghana from taking it, OR USA takes Guyana from Brazil, OR USA moves Guyana to Columbia to keep Ghana out. Western Canada and Russia: - Immediately cease all hostilities. A truce is formed between these nations. - Canada is allowed to keep East Siberia, Russia West Siberia. This becomes the Asian dividing line between these two nations. Both areas are DMZ as soon as possible. - In future Asian conquests, Russia takes most of the parts of India and Lanzhou and Canada takes China and the rest of Pac Russia.
