The purpose of going east was to throw, both in general and against Egypt in particular for being a dick about Leptis. Not sure Carthage can compete against Rome if Greece wants to cede both Dal and Vin and Egypt wants to fight over Leptis. It’s like a 2-3 unit deficit right off the bat. Even though I got very lucky on the 50/50 guesses I couldn’t hold out forever.
