01 May 12 UTC	Spring, 2001: [India]:Hi guys - I was confused because it says, "You have no orders to fill for this phase", but I see at the top that it says, "Spring, 2001, Retreats". Do some people have to decide where to retreat to, having been embroiled in conflict, before we proceed to fall 2001? So I don't need to do anything for another 24 hours? Please let me know if this is the case...
01 May 12 UTC	Spring, 2001: [Kenya]:That's right, India. Once all of the orders are "saved" and "readied" then the next phase and the 24 hour countdown will begin. If only a few countries need to give orders it could be a short countdown. But if you check back at least once every 24 hours, you won't miss your turn.

29 May 12 UTC	Spring, 2007: [Argentina]:Listen nations, I get that USA (USA) is feeling a bit pinched right now, but what else is new? Please don't fall for this typical, jingoistic claptrap. Argentina has expanded primarily by organic means, moving into disused local provinces, without the need for unnecessary conflict, bloodshed, or backstabbing. Argentina is happy to talk to any nation out there, and has already spoken with many. USA, we're all sorry you've somehow used up your existing resources, but we're not sure Argentina is to blame.
