16 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 1: Game on!!
16 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 1: ugh i hate being persia
16 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 1: good luck everyone!
18 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 2: watch greece kill me...
18 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 2: Totally happening XD
19 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 2: why am i not surprised that that is your goal...
19 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 2: Damn touch screens...
24 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 6: persia i would have helped u win but I would rather have carthage take me out and rome win bcuz ur a scum..GG anyways
24 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 6: Egypt i was carthage and rome's ally the whole time but didn't reveal it to you till late so that i could have a good stab instead of a futile war along Jerusalem
24 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 6: you have to agree that the stab was really well carried out.
and you did not suspect me until after it happened
25 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 6: I always love public airings of grievances ... Carthage and Persia both you were true friends, Egypt I guve you respect for fighting and for your attempts near the end to get me to turn, though they did not work
25 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 6: lol think of it as u may, persia and carthage both played dumb. rome couldve taken this home all the way but i guess ppl in diplomacy these days are satisfied with draws..regardles i dont care much about it...it was a great stab and GL cuz i dont think rome/carthage want u in their draw
25 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 6: well, Egypt, I have played for 32 years, you have to play the board you are dealt, you have to strategize for a win and then roll with it ... I have won many many games in my life; I have also played a hundred face to face games that drew because that is how it ended, and there were no "points" or WTA or ghostratings ... it is just the nature of this great game and we move on
25 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 6: but while you are at it, Egypt, why don't you be a polite, ethical sport and enter your move
25 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 6: that would be lovely Egypt.
Alos just so you guys know if you don't, vdiplomacy.net is like this site but has all of the variations including these and original
25 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 6: oh yes, we know, I am there all of the time ... I like this site better for serious play, but it is fun over there
25 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 6: btw, 32 years?!?!?!
wow i have only been playing for 1.
however i love it so much.
i only found it last year and i am addicted
25 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 6: yes, started at age 13 in 1980, no lie
25 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 6: thats what is amazing about this game, it transcends time.
not many other games can do that.
i plan on playing till i die.
this game is such a thinking game
its like chess but on a more diplomatic scale
25 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 6: yeh, and online chess would be really boring ... and most of the hundreds of real face to face games I've played had a lot of beer and food involved, which is nice
