31 Jan 12 UTC Spring, 2000: [Ghana]:Good luck everyone
31 Jan 12 UTC Spring, 2000: [Western-Canada]:you too!
07 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Frozen-Antarctica]:damn, the internet service is down in all my area.
07 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Ghana]:There have been a surprising number of NMR's so far in this game. That said, I am equally surprised that nations aren't balancing against those who are benefiting the most from the NMR's, as IR theory says they would. Instead, you have South America fighting still and Europe attacking Near East

Then again, IR theory usually assumes states are rational actors...
07 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2001: [India]:Silly IR theory...
10 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Frozen-Antarctica]:the internet service is going terrible
12 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 2002: [China]:ahh herro
12 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Ghana]:Hey all, while I know some NMR's are standard in world games, I think there has to be a point where we say enough is enough. Brazil, Quebec, USA, China, FA, Pac-Rus have all NMR'd at one point or another in this game which left some of us to profit while others still had to slug it out. Now I know it happens, but its just so pervasive in this game that I think it's time to kill the NMR'd nations off and draw.
13 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Quebec]:I took over for Quebec, so anything in the past is irrelevant.
13 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Quebec]:At least as it pertains to Quebec.
13 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2002: [USA]:USA is still alive and kicking, one NMR won't kill me off
22 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2003: GameMaster: MenInBlack was banned: Multi 22.2.2012 & Using Accusatory Statements to Gain Advantage (Rule #4). The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
22 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2003: GameMaster: thejoker22 was banned: Multi 22.2.2012 & Using Accusatory Statements to Gain Advantage (Rule #4).
22 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2003: GameMaster: ZigZagZach was banned: Multi 22.2.2012 & Using Accusatory Statements to Gain Advantage (Rule #4).
22 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Oz]:Interesting..

Kenya/Near East/Libya was a multi? That explains a few things..

Shame, shame!
22 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Western-Canada]:@Oz, agreed, not that they'll be able to read it, but I agree, shame on them
22 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Ghana]:I'm not sure if they were multi or what. Rule 4 is you can't falsely accuse others of being multis/metas. And Kenya's speaking style was very different than Libya's or Near East's. That said, perhaps its time we draw?
22 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Ghana]:I mean, by this point almost a third of the world has been CD'd/banned
22 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Oz]:I'm game for drawing or continuing.. either is fine with me..
22 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Western-Canada]:imo only FA and Q's CD/NMR were significant to the game (and usually the banned players do get replaced).
