There is a reason he held West Siberia when the USA walked into Yakutsk and didn't do a think about his further expansion. This needs to draw; that's the honorable thing and you know it.

01 Mar 12 UTC	Spring, 2011: [India]:it doesnt matter that you were fighting me and brazil. you know that the game is uneven now because now you and ghana can easily take all of USA's centers leaving me and russia with basically nothing. you would have about 34 centers after the next few turns if you split them evenly with no one fighting back. please do the honorable thing
01 Mar 12 UTC	Spring, 2011: [Russia]:SA, it isn't a pure coincidence that PR was completely supportive of a takeover by the USA in order to get rid of me.. I don't know if you talked with him or not, but he was violent and obscene towards me, and made sure to say many times "The USA will get you even if I don't" - only with much more violence and anger. You know what should be done here.
01 Mar 12 UTC	Spring, 2011: [Ghana]:Listen, I can understand that you guys (india, russia) would like to get a return from playing a good game. It is unfortunate that USA and P.R. were the same entity and caused the legitimacy of this contest into question. However, I feel that the momentum of my alliance with SA would have undoubtedly won the day and because of that, I think that we should be able to broaden our point spread. I am not suggesting that the two of you be relegated to losing anything in this game, but SA and I should be rewarded for how well we played. Can we agree to a broker settlement? What do you say SA?

You still stand to gain centers, and I would take that opportunity if I were you. Like I said, I think they way that both SA and I have played deserves a greater reward. I will vote for a draw, however, I reserve the right to do so at the time of my choosing.
