01 Feb 12 UTC | Autumn, 2004: GameMaster: revenge73 was banned: multi. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player. Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily! |
09 Feb 12 UTC | Spring, 2005: [Ghana]:come on kenya, you know you can hit ready |
02 Mar 12 UTC | Autumn, 2007: [Russia]:If there's anyone I did not say this to yet... my draw vote will not be placed until Ghana and China are finished. |
02 Mar 12 UTC | Autumn, 2007: [Oz]:Indeed. Mine won't be either. Moreover, I do strongly encourage all of you *not* to draw. We are barely entering the midgame! It is normal, for a world game, to enter the midgame in 2009, and it is normal that 7 to 10 powers are still alive and rather equivalent at this stage. Why do you want to draw, really? This is a good game, I don't want it to end so soon, when there is no reason for it to. |
03 Mar 12 UTC | Spring, 2008: [Russia]:I feel that we are essentially at a stalemate. We all have our allies, we have our enemies, and there is little advancement to be made. It is also normal, at this stage, for a draw to occur, simply because the honorable players know that we have all played a similarly good game and thus we should all take our rewards for it. I know how hard it is to take over Africa, or to expand playing as Oz, and I think you should be rewarded for that. I placed my bet, and have since expanded, and thus, feel I should get something as well. There is really no clear-cut leader right now; nobody has the upper hand over anyone. That's my ideology. |
06 Mar 12 UTC | [Argentina]:Sorry for being absent so much, midterm season. Last one before break is this thursday, so should be able to maintain regular correspondence after then. |
07 Mar 12 UTC | [Russia]:Oz, India.. you don't have to say a word to us, but when you are convinced that a draw will go best for you, just submit your votes. I know you two are so closely allied that it will probably come easily. I will be withdrawing my vote in a year - autumn 2009 retreats - so consider now. |
07 Mar 12 UTC | [Oz]:Good game! Thanks to all of you :-) |
