Autumn, 1: Really Egypt, we gonna fight over that? No way around it? |
01 Nov 11 UTC |
Autumn, 1: Let not fight, I just want a six build spring. I only want Jer, while you take Tyre and Cyprus. Cmon now no need to fight :D |

Autumn, 1: Is it just me or is it just bloody inevitable for Egypt and Persia to fight on this ancient med map? It seems like that is the way it has gone down in every game i've seen. |

Autumn, 1: Well you are about to get squashed in by Greece so I can do you a favour and move towards Carthage? Your thoughts? I am ok with that |
01 Nov 11 UTC |
Autumn, 1: I suppose we could try it out, see how it works. Anything to avoid the same boring battle in the Levant. On another note, I just spoke with the Greek ambassador and he assures me that those guys are just bringing the beer to the party, no need to worry. |

Autumn, 1: Seriously, Carthage has dropped out in Fall of 01? That's so nice.... |

Spring, 2: New carthage here. looking for a good game and some friends. |
02 Nov 11 UTC |
Spring, 2: Hi new Carthage, welcome to the party. |
05 Nov 11 UTC |
Spring, 4: Hey Egyptian buddy, any chance at all i could convince you to move that f out of Crete? It's just so in my way. |
05 Nov 11 UTC |
Spring, 4: Hmm but if I do that you will take my SC, it may be in your way but it is not that hard to move around it |
05 Nov 11 UTC |
Spring, 4: greece, i will support you into NEA from the Ionian |
05 Nov 11 UTC |
Spring, 4: Crud. Sorry - I didn't see that in time. |
05 Nov 11 UTC |
Spring, 4: Sorry about the fleet in the Egyptian Sea Persia, thought you were going to move to the Minoan. And I wont take Cyprus, I promise |

Autumn, 5: Rome we have a superpower amongst our midst... |
07 Nov 11 UTC |
Autumn, 5: Shall we wait until you finish off Carthage before the formal coronation? |
07 Nov 11 UTC |
Autumn, 5: No I think when Greece falls it will be a safe bet :) Carthage is a sneaky one |
07 Nov 11 UTC |
Autumn, 5: Well then you must be referring to Rome as she's the only one that's going to be profiting from Greece's centers. You saw to that. |
08 Nov 11 UTC |
Autumn, 5: I dont know as you do have more armies in that area than Rome. Seriously I dont want to be fighting you, but Thebes did start it |
08 Nov 11 UTC |
Autumn, 5: Actually, and seriously i'm not bitter about it, that business around Crete was the start of it. I didn't want to be fighting you but after you sabotaged me there I figured i had little choice. It's the way the game goes. I can't say that if I was presented with the same opportunity that you were I might not have gone for it too. So we kill each other and Rome wins. |

Autumn, 5: I didnt think Crete was a bad move though. It was my only way to take an SC of Greece's to bolster my move into Carthage. I would have been willing to give up Crete after I could have landed more ships west, but it didnt go that way. And yes this is how the game goes sometimes. Though it may not be too late to forgo the differences and move on other fronts if you wish? |
