27 Sep 11 UTC	Spring, 2000: [Argentina]:It's mostly for diplomacy. Let's say you are still negotiating, but don't know if the other side will answer. You make your moves but don't say you are ready or the other side, when he does come on line, will think you are not negotiating in good faith since you already made your moves independant of his opinion.

Peace is worth a price. We've all played with honor and intelligence. This has been one awesome game. I am ready for a draw if Kenya and F-A are in.
