29 Jul 11 UTC Spring, 1: Good luck!!
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1: somehow in the ancient meditarian i am always egypt/persia (atleast if i remember correctly)
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1: This is my first game where I'm not playing Egypt. I'm very glad.
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1: lolz..
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1: i would love to be carthage once.
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1: this is my first time ever playing this version, so I'm not really sure if I'm lucky/unlucky to be Carthage. any thoughts?
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1: Here's hoping Egypt can get his act together for a second move...
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1: this is my first time ever playing this version, so I'm not really sure if I'm lucky/unlucky to be Carthage. any thoughts?
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1: well in this version country's are actualy rahter equaly strong there isent that much diffrence.
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1: this is my first time ever playing this version, so I'm not really sure if I'm lucky/unlucky to be Carthage. any thoughts?
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1: but I know that Carthage play's nice.. :D
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1: Egypt you there?
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1: I agree. Every power can get three builds with good diplomacy (or, in a couple cases, a little luck can do it too).
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1: Well that's too bad. If Egypt has left, we should probably just cancel... the game gets pretty silly with 4 players.
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1: In the classical game there is a obvious diffrence in country strenght. Austria as the weakest or italy. And russia/turky as very strong.
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1: Cant we draw so we get his pionts?
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1: yeah where did Egypt go??? I was just talking to him
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1: I don't find that though, the countries are just different. Italy, for instance, has a very safe opening. How many people take Rome or Naples in the first year? But lots of Italy's get stuck at 5 or so centres for the whole game. Austria, on the other hand, snowballs very easily: if you survive the first couple years, it's very easy to be part of the draw or solo.
