25 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: Always sad when a young one dies in the line of duty.
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1905: Almost everybody is there !
29 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1905: It is almost time for the reaping.
31 Jul 11 UTC Spring, 1906: Oh, Nice choice, Eden. Make your last stand in England. What's up with that?!
01 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1906: Sometimes you're the windshield, sometimes you are the bug.
01 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1906: Nothing personal, Major. I'm just trying to survive and I'm confident Russia wins in time for that to happen.

You're welcome to keep me around for the draw though :3
01 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1906: And unfortunately I'm about to get splatted by Austria.
01 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1906: You know, I'm not sure exactly what's making me think this, but I just get the strange impression that this game didn't exactly go according to plan...
01 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1906: It went according to Russia's plan I recon.
01 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1906: As I recall, when you rise to #4 on the GR list, it comes with the territory :)
01 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1906: Does anyone want to have another game after this one?
01 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1906: I would be interested in as well but anonyously
01 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1906: Probably a good idea :)
01 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: So I heard.

Also, my moves, they are not here :(
01 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: I would love another game. I may have to pause the 3rd weekend in sept, which i hate, so let me know if that's alright. But I would be honored to play with you all again.
02 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: BESM, I am shocked that you even mention the "P_____" word! ROFL! You are the most anti-pause player I know. Too funny.
02 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: My life is too busy at the moment. Can't add another game. I can barely find time to make my moves in this game as it is. You are all a good crowd of players. It has been fun.
02 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: Major, you know me as well as anyone, and you know that I hate pauses. I agree it was an abomination. I do not pause. I'm not stating any new games until afterr I get back just because off that. Just wanted to let everyone know if fthere was a new game.
03 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: Good bye, Italy. Much luck in your other games.
03 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: Goodbye, Germany as well. Much luck to in your other games as well.
03 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: Reap, Reap, Reap..... :)

Good game
03 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: what do u mean by Recap ?
03 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: I meant Reap
03 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: Well, that's a wrap!
04 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: As you sow, so shall you reap :)

Or to quote Bob Dylan back in Spring 1902, "it doesn't take a Weatherman to know which way the wind blows" ;)
04 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1907: Sorry to tell you, Turkey, but Subterranian homesick blues came out of the mid 60's. I can telll you what the cover looks like but can't remember the title. This is why we worry about you young punks on drugs.
Oh mama, can it really be the end? To be stuck inside of Mobile with the Memphis blues again.
05 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1907: You mean mid 1860s? But I didn't start quoting Dylan to Austria until spring 1902, man. When I told him you'd stab him if you took over Turkey. It don't take a Weatherman to know which way the wind blows (or was going to blow)....
05 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1907: i"m sorry, I thought you actually meant Bob Dylan and wheen the quote you used arrived on the music scene. By the way, capitalizing Weatherman changes the meaning from Dylan to the Radical Weather Undergrand, also in the 60's and 70's. And the actual quote is you don't have to be a weatherman to know which way the wind blows. Still about young punks, but I have enjoyed your play in the game and would love to play with you again.
05 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1907: and you don't think Dylan was referring to the Weather Underground when he said "you don't need a weatherman"? :)

Said the 53 year old man...
05 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1907: and I've enjoyed it also. Enjoyed the last two we played more, tho :)
05 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1907: You are only 53? Really a young punque, said the just 62 year old manly man.
05 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1907: You're older than my father.
05 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1907: See? Time left for him to learn Diplomacy, Eden!
05 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1907: Eden, I was sorry for your demise, even though you were not my ally. You played an inspired game, but fell to the curse of being Germany (one of the middle countries). I on the other hand am still alive because I am the meager and secluded England. Not everything is just in this game.
05 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1907: And he promissed me special favors.
06 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: I joined a 300 point game with anonymous players. It needs three people and has same rules as this game. Id like if any one of you guys joined.
06 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: Please send me the game's http link
06 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: http://95.211.128.12/webdiplomacy/board.php?gameID=64936
07 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: Lets vote to unpause. Also we need one more person to join the game at the url.
07 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: We didn't vote to pause in tthe first palce.
10 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: I know the whole site is paused and we can vote to unpause.
10 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: Fine with me. I'll try.
10 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: I vote to unpause :)
10 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: I guess that was it. We would be waiting for the system to unpause us forever. Let's get back to the action. Good luck in the final chapter of the game.
10 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: Well, i am so confused. Good to know if it happens again.
10 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: They switched the site to a new server and didn't want some traffic to not be able to log on. They would eventually restart the game but they put an administrative pause on every game in the site. As long as everyone could reach the site with no problems in a particular game they could all vote to unpause.
11 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: i knew all that. But i am still confused.
15 Aug 11 UTC Good Game everyone. This was very well played by everyone involved.
15 Aug 11 UTC Yes, nice game. There were many twists and turns... always interesting. Thanks to all who played, even those who left prematurely.
15 Aug 11 UTC Thank you all for a lovelly game. Long time since I won a game and even longer since won as Russia. Would be a pleasure to play with any of you again. I'm curtailing games, that is I'm not starting anything new, until after 9/20 because I'm out of contact for two weekend in a row. Since my feelings about pauses and people who can't plan are well known to many, especially Major, i don't want to start something I can't finish. Much luck to all of you. I'll start up Good Guy Game 2 after I get back. Look for it.
