31 Mar 23 UTC	Autumn, 1: For breech of agreement, I Carthage, declare war on Egypt. Any nation who dares ally with Egypt for the time being is considered an enemy of the state as well and will suffer our wrath. See this not as threat, but a warning as to not meddle in affairs with Egypt as they are not to be trusted in the least.
31 Mar 23 UTC	Autumn, 1: So everyone knows why Carthage declared war: Carthage forbade me yesterday day from taking Cyrene, a direct neighbour of my kingdom. All countries have 1 country with a supply scenter directly as it's neighbors. Everyone has moved to this country respectively. For Carthage and I these were Numidia and Cyrene. I proposed we'd leave leptis as a buffer state, so we could expand eaqually. Upon which Carthage responded with badly constructed lies claiming we can't expand eaqually. So please know his act of war is completely baseless.
