26 Apr 11 UTC	Autumn, 2003: [Russia]:I declare war on the Near-East, Pacific-Russian alliance. The reasons are because Pacific-Russia doesn't want me to attack Near-East because he is his 'ally.' They are not just allies but friends outside of the game. That is pretty much why he doesn't want me to attack Near-East. Where can I go if I not attack Near-East? Towards Pacific-Russia! So that is the route I have chosen. His expected conditions for me as an ally were unachievable, and so therefore I have decided to break away. I will support anyone who is either going against Pacific-Russia and Near-East and will support to each of them at least one base. "All the enemy of my enemy are my friends." So if anyone wants lands from their territories, I am willing to aid such a cause.
