03 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: Now that's just funny.
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: what do you mean?
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: He thinks it is funny, that he will be able to conquer you again, I suppose.
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: Is that an accusation of metagaming or just a silly comment of yours?
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: This is the leagues. Metagaming is allowed within reason.
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: I can only accept metagaming due to points allocation.
Anything else is unacceptable and a noobish behavior.
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: Let's deal with this. Metagaming means that you can't make a deal to help someone in game 1 in exchange for help in game 2. It would be easy for 2 players to agree in advance to work for 4 two-way draws. But it's totally OK to consider a player's past behavior when you work with them. If you have reason to believe I'm going to stab you, you can and should take that into account when making alliances.
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: Then you shouldn't play in the leagues where revenge for a defeat is commonplace and hanging up on someone who solid or will possibly win the whole thing is the order of the day.
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: I play all games like anon games.
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: if what you say proves to happen too much, I will not play in the leagues again. But league C last year wasn't like that...
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: Playing like anon is going to hurt you. You meed to look at who is leading and remember to keep the leader in check or you won't make A leagues and could end up back in C.
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: Promotion or delegation are not that important.
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: Well, I was just commenting on how it was rather like a West/East swap.

I highly doubt that any of us are going to attempt to wipe someone out for revenge. We're all fairly reasonable folk as far as I can tell and I'd be quite surprised if anyone was trying to game the league with cheap non-diplomatic tactics. I expect a series of nothing if not interesting games from the lot of us.
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: To you. I'm playing in the leagues to move up the ladder.
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: It was a tongue-in-cheek comment from me - no reason to start a trolling frenzy in Global! :)
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: it's ok perry. at least 2 of us are trolls anyway.
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: Only 2? Arent you counting me as a troll? ;)
Perhaps 'troll trainee', rather.
Teach me , big master!
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: yeah you seem like to be a bit of a troll after all.
Maybe you can be mine and Draugnar's student.
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: I'm all ears...
So, what are your best advise?

I suppose mastering the knowledge of misunderstanding on purpose and throwing a tantrum every gameyear, are the prerequistes for trolling , but what else?
04 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1901: just observe me
