24 Feb 11 UTC | Spring, 1: Good game and good luck! @Egypt: You get Petra and I get Jerusalem? @Greece: You get Byzantinum and Miletus and I get Sinope and Chersonesus? |
25 Feb 11 UTC | Spring, 1: @Persia: All right. You'll leave me Cyprus, then? |
25 Feb 11 UTC | Spring, 1: Ok |
25 Feb 11 UTC | Spring, 1: @Egypt: I'm not sure I want to give up Cyprus right now. It's pretty key to my seaway defense if you and Greece decide to double team me. I respectfuly reserve the right to Cyprus at this time. You might cut a deal with Greece for Crete, but I feel you'll a simmilar response. |
25 Feb 11 UTC | Spring, 1: you'll find* a simmilar response. |
25 Feb 11 UTC | Spring, 1: Point taken. I'd like to secure my eastern flank without getting bogged down in the Levant. We'll see. |
25 Feb 11 UTC | Spring, 1: Maybe we can trade Petra for Cyprus at a later time. |
25 Feb 11 UTC | Spring, 1: @Egypt: I always try to keep an open mind, and your offer isn't without merit, but anyway I slice and dice it in my head, Cyprus is just too vital for my defense. Even if you went mostly fleets and I mostly armies. having to cover my entire coast doesn't sound reasonable to me. Rather, If I had Cyprus and then Antioch, sid, and tyre covered by Cil sea, cyprus, and syrian seas, that's 3 covering 4, and I have room to move along my coasts. I'm going to have to say no to what you're asking right now, sorry mate. |
25 Feb 11 UTC | Spring, 1: @Egypt: You're better off bumping Greece if you're looking to move his direction or moving your fleet west into Cyrene with an army in Marmarica to be supported into Leptis and closing the gab with Carthage than standing me off in Cyprus. We can easially DMZ and head our seperate ways if need be. |
25 Feb 11 UTC | Spring, 1: I won't bounce you out of Cyprus. |
25 Feb 11 UTC | Spring, 1: @Egypt: OK. |
25 Feb 11 UTC | Spring, 1: Hello everybody!! |
25 Feb 11 UTC | Spring, 1: good luck!!! and have a good mach |
26 Feb 11 UTC | Autumn, 1: I think we can all submit moves and finalize them at this point, it seems that there won't 'be any conflicts at least for this turn. |
28 Feb 11 UTC | Spring, 2: @Greece: Mind joining up forces in the North? @Egypt: Care to mutually defend our seaways while our respective forces head out? |
28 Feb 11 UTC | Spring, 2: @Greece: If you say yes to joining forces in the North, then how about we DMZ central Turkey? (Bithynia, Galatia, Isauria) |
28 Feb 11 UTC | Spring, 2: so persia, if you aren't going to fight me and you aren't going to fight egypt, where are you going? |
01 Mar 11 UTC | Spring, 2: I was hoping for Northern Italy while You took the southern half due to its coastal/naval importance, somthing I think you can appreciate/need to control rather than the northern inlands. |
01 Mar 11 UTC | Spring, 2: I could continue along the land route through Iberia while you dealt with the Punic power via sea. Sort of a specialization of labor. |
01 Mar 11 UTC | Spring, 2: This turn I'm just going to solidify my defenses, but I am open to an alliance with whoever wants to fight whoever it is that attacks me first. |
