08 Aug 22 UTC | Autumn, 1961: It is a tough one to learn this map. I think after this we should have a rematch, as I expect you will be much better second time around. One tip I should have given you at the start, fleets are so important on this map, build almost all fleets and you cannot go wrong. |

12 Oct 22 UTC | Oh, I had forgotten that you could win by getting half +1 VPs ,and very impressive win, that stab to Ghana sealed your victory pretty much, but was that back and forth in Libya agreed or what? |
16 Oct 22 UTC | If you mean Algeria? Yes, it was agreed, was a tough game, not sure I could do it again, not sure I want too, a lot of work moving all them pieces lol. Hows things? |
19 Oct 22 UTC | Yeah, I meant to say Algeria lol, I'm sure you could pull a similar one off another game. Honestly quite well, I started school again close to two months ago, and I quite like my new classmates, although the subjects now are much harder than the year prior; How are you? And sorry that your Queen died, I couldn't believe it when I heard it, what are your thoughts on the new King? I have heard that he is not very popular in the UK |
30 Oct 22 UTC | Sorry for the late response, not been on here for a few weeks, been really busy training my kids in football, we have a 7 day schedule, 2hours per day minimum. Hoping to get at least one signed up to an academy, so we need a lot of training lol. Regarding the Queen, it was very sad, felt like an end of an era for my country, the symbolic death of our last link to the empire and kind of the end of British authority in the world, sad times. The new King, I strongly dislike and yes, he is very unliked in the UK. I am hoping it will be a short reign, as William and Kate seem to be far more popular and they also tend not to involve themselves in politics, like the current King does, which is more the way in which we expect the royal family to behave. I think once they take over, most people will be happy with the monarchy again. I am glad to hear you are enjoying school, nothing worse than doing something you hate. what subjects are you doing at the moment? Have you started the political sciences yet? |
01 Nov 22 UTC | Don't worry, I have also being pretty busy with exams lately too, don't stress your boys too much lol, I hope they do well. Well, with his age I would give him 10-20 years at max in his current position, and in which way does he get involved in politics? That's something that I hadn't heard off, but I hope he behaves while he's in power so the monarchy doesn't become too unpopular. That's true, currently I'm doing mostly the same as the past year + geography, history of art and a practice to do text commentaries, I unfortunately am not, I will probably start the next year, either that or I will do something called professional formation, I don't know if you have that in the UK, it's basically like university but you do practices in actual business and have a high chance to get a job in those business, but I will see. And how are you doing? It always puts a smile on my face seeing a message from you, I hope that we stay in contact for a long time. |
