24 Jun 22 UTC Spring, 1960: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
24 Jun 22 UTC Spring, 1960: Well this is certainly starting to resemble the cold war lmao ;-)
24 Jun 22 UTC Spring, 1960: Haha sorry for the delay
24 Jun 22 UTC Spring, 1960: Good luck!
24 Jun 22 UTC Autumn, 1960: No issue, couldn't resist the joke, good luck

28 Jun 22 UTC Spring, 1961: Ah I guess it was your turn
28 Jun 22 UTC Spring, 1961: lol yeah, been a busy few days, will get my moves done in the next few hours, sorry for the delay
28 Jun 22 UTC Spring, 1961: No worries! Honestly, when I saw the delay I thought I had caused it lol
28 Jun 22 UTC Autumn, 1961: lol well we are even now :-)
30 Jun 22 UTC Autumn, 1961: Sheesh!
You have definitely played this map before, nice opening pal!
You have me in a right mess already lol

01 Jul 22 UTC Autumn, 1961: I have indeed! (In fact, I was the person who got this map added to webDip, from winning zultar's holiday giveaway a few years back and doing the actual PR to incorporate into webDip's code.)

The thing I really like about this map is that it's highly dynamic. Getting a little behind makes things more difficult, but by no means is a death sentence.
01 Jul 22 UTC Autumn, 1961: It is a very interesting map, this is my first attempt.
Thankyou for your work, it is people like you that make this website what it is.
I like the fact it is impossible to cover all angles, I assume but may be wrong, there is no stalemate line in this game.

To be honest, I think you have me now but I will fight to the end. That 50/50 last turn was a huge difference maker.

Feel free to tell me where I went wrong at the end, if you have time that is.
02 Jul 22 UTC Spring, 1962: I tend to view this map as having four theatres: two main ones, and two lesser ones. You may be on the back foot in the pacific, but I think you have the advantage in Europe (especially now since I didn't think through my moves properly). In the carribean, you might have had a chance to lock me in, but moving W. Atl. away frees up my movement in that theatre again. The Mediterranean doesn't look great, but it's only two centres and I'm investing a lot of resources to make progress.

All together, you still have a lot of chances to turn this around! The key for you, I think, will be to get a guess or two right in Europe such that you can get a build in the Pacific to stop the bleed there.

04 Jul 22 UTC Autumn, 1962: Sorry for the delay, I have pulled my back, hard for me to sit up straight at the minute, I will send a proper reply when I am more able but will try ensure moves are done on time going forward.

04 Jul 22 UTC Autumn, 1962: I'm sorry to hear that! Hope you can recover quickly!

No rush on the game. I put in a pause vote in case that helps
04 Jul 22 UTC Autumn, 1962: Thankyou for that, greatly appreciated but I should be good, I have recruited my wife to do my typing and once I have decided, she will input my moves for me, while I'm finding it hard to sit at the computer lol. So hopefully I will not need to take you up on the offer.
