08 Jun 08 UTC	Spring, 1903: Be careful all, THere is a bug in the game I think. I had only 3 supply centers but four new units. I could not hit update until I assigned all four units to a supply center so I put them both in constantinople. Not neither was built. Oh well, such is life.
