03 Apr 22 UTC Spring, 1994: We, Ukraine, are formally declaring a pact of non-aggression for 5 years with Russia. We cannot enter each other's territories directly, but we may still support other countries' troops. If the contract is broken and one enters the other's territory, this treaty is null and void.

As quoted by reigning Turkish president Nevele-Eng: "They claim to 'keep the peace', but they are nothing more than a rat, more vile than the scum of the sewers and the rotting carcasses of dung beetles combined, not to be trusted ever again."
09 Apr 22 UTC Spring, 1996: The Turkish government hereby condemns the absolute tyranny of Russo-Ukraine and Egypt against their already struggling nation. In their dying breaths, they urge the rest of Europe to unite against the reasonless, raging war-mongerers of Russia, their maliciously compliant Ukranian allies, and the greedy, backstabbing rampagers of Egypt who saw their plans through.
As quoted by Turkish president Nevele-Eng: "Shatter their fragile ties, and make their downfall an excruciating, helpless collapse, just like they made mine. Make them regret their cowardly decision to consume the country that wanted nothing but to make peace with them all. For if you do not, expect your own lands to be ravished right before your own eyes, just as were mine."
