Autumn, 1: It's pretty clear Rome isn't going to turn up to this game, giving an unfair advantage to Greece and Carthage. Assuming they don't turn up, I propose we either come to some agreement with respect to distributing some sc's or we destroy Rome and draw the game between the 4 remaining players.
