22 Oct 10 UTC | Spring, 2000: [China]:hello everybody! |
23 Oct 10 UTC | Autumn, 2000: [Kenya]:hey hows it goin |
24 Oct 10 UTC | Autumn, 2000: [Russia]:do you think we should invite people to play Ghana and South Africa? Maybe someone wants to |
24 Oct 10 UTC | Autumn, 2000: [India]:I don't object to that |
24 Oct 10 UTC | Spring, 2001: [South-Africa]:wow, didn't expect this game to begin so soon. sorry for missing a couple turns. i hate that... |
27 Oct 10 UTC | Autumn, 2001: [Ghana]:I'm going to be honest. This is my first time playing this game. |
27 Oct 10 UTC | Autumn, 2001: [Quebec]:First time playing a world map or diplomacy at all? |
27 Oct 10 UTC | Autumn, 2001: [Ghana]:Diplomacy at all. |
27 Oct 10 UTC | Autumn, 2001: [Quebec]:I'd recommend playing the classic map, the world map is much more overwhelming, but you might as well give world a try since you've joined the game |
27 Oct 10 UTC | Autumn, 2001: [Ghana]:I don't know where to find the classic map. |
27 Oct 10 UTC | Autumn, 2001: [Quebec]:When you go to join a game (games then new) if it doesn't specify world map or ancient med map, it's the classic map (which is what the board game was originally) |
27 Oct 10 UTC | Autumn, 2001: [India]:it should say something about the game beginning in 'spring 1901,' and there should be a total of 7 players when the game begins |
27 Oct 10 UTC | Autumn, 2001: [Ghana]:Alright Thanks. |
30 Oct 10 UTC | Spring, 2003: [South-Africa]:I think we should cancel this game. I'm guilty of missing a couple turns, but, beyond that too many have dropped or are dropping. Regardless, this has been a pretty bad game. |
30 Oct 10 UTC | Spring, 2003: [Libya]:i vote cancel as well. |
30 Oct 10 UTC | Spring, 2003: [Quebec]:I just started the game..a friend of mine told me about it |
30 Oct 10 UTC | Spring, 2003: [Ghana]:I think we should cancel also, I didn't know what I was getting into when I started a WORLD game... |
30 Oct 10 UTC | Spring, 2003: [Kenya]:poo on a bunch of that |
30 Oct 10 UTC | Spring, 2003: [Russia]:This is ridiculous. If you get into a game and don't want to play, send your troops on a death march. Post them to the outback. Put them at parade rest during low tide and let them drown. But don't expect others who have invested time to just drop it at your whim... |
30 Oct 10 UTC | Spring, 2003: [India]:there are 17 countries. that means if 1 or 2 end up dropping, it's not a huge loss. just play the game. if you dont want to, drop and let someone else take your place but dont bitch about it. |
