06 May 22 UTC | Wow! I can't believe I survived! |
07 May 22 UTC | GG everyone! Well fought |
07 May 22 UTC | thanks for the game! very impressive alliance chicago/NY, loyal till the end :D |
07 May 22 UTC | The draw at this point was a little bit surprising, although my draw-vote was set since I took over Texas. Peru, good decision to shift your focus from me to the Western oceans. Otherwise Heartland could have advanced further South, probably leading to another result of the game. |
07 May 22 UTC | Likewise, good decision by Peru to let me hang onto the West Coast centers, thereby also thwarting Heartland's advance |
07 May 22 UTC | this game should have been a 4 way draw peru decided to force a larger draw, the exact opposite of what the rules of the game dictate |
07 May 22 UTC | "rules of the game" ? "dictate" ? I've been playing this game for 48 years, online for 15 years. Never seen any "rule" that "dictates" how draws should be determined. outcomes in this game are, always have been, and always should be determined via - pardon the obviousness - DIPLOMACY There are no "rules" for correct draw size |
07 May 22 UTC | the rule book that comes with the game since its creation states that 'all players shall play to Win; and Failing that, to Draw' |
07 May 22 UTC | outcomes are determined by the rules of the game - 18 makes a solo, not popular opinion makes a solo the smaller the draw, the better; the closer to a solo, the better based on the rules of the game, made by the guy who invented the game and marketed the game but not by the rules of who gives a shit online play to lose 100 player draw style games play how you like why play at all if you draw asap? play bots and draw every game before you start competition means trying to win, not getting a medal for participation and the game is determined by diplomacy? ITS A NO-MESSAGING GAME wtf |
07 May 22 UTC | Not false ! In truth, the draw should only take place if the evolution of the front lines is blocked. The rule of the game originally, it's only one winner in solo. There would be a lot less drift if it was more like that. |
