30 Oct 10 UTC	Spring, 2007: [Western-Canada]:No, but I understand that if everyone has orders on file & has indicated they are ready to move on to next phase, then it is adjudicated as & when the last player confirms they are ready for adjudication. Which may account for your timing annomolies.

Now with your assistance he will slowly over run my continent, keeping him engaged while you complete the outright win. He unfortunatly is not wise enough to know that yet. I am I unable to educate him as he thinks he is doing well. However, experience is the great teacher & hopefully he will learn.
