29 Nov 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Ghana]:now he's dragging the game...
01 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Western-Canada]:It's kind of a bummer, this was a fun game but it's kind of tainted since like FIVE people either got kicked or dropped or disappeared. I realize I'm the second weakest player and you will all probably wait until I'm dead to draw but I have lost zeal for this game. Each turn is taking the full two days which means I'm going to be coming back here for at least another week slowly watching what amounts to carrion feeders eat up the dead players. I've had a great time playing with all you guys that are left and I feel like we've all earned the amount of PCs we currently have and a draw would only be fair.
01 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Oz]:No argument from me the *sigh* weakest player -- at the moment....
01 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Russia]:Don't think draw will work unless Sth Africa enters it, and nothing is being entered by Sth Africa. We'll need to remove Sth Africa before we can get a draw to work
01 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Ghana]:unfortunately, the constant dragging of this game is quite a nuisance...
02 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Brazil]:Hmmm, I propose we remove the weaker players in this game to get a larger profit for all the stronger players :D

Just a thought ;)
02 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Western-Canada]:Thanks Brazil...
02 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Brazil]:I still love you West Can! You know that xD
02 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Near-East]:Wow Brazil why'd you have to take Qbc and New?
02 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Near-East]:Those belong to Quebec!
02 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Brazil]:At least possession is under a different shade of green! If it makes him feel any better, he can consider his green merged into my green and so, he too, is technically winning with me ;)

Same with PRussia...we're both green, but different shades! Therefore, the green army is technically in the lead :D
02 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2010: [Pacific-Russia]:The worst is Quebec/Kenya. Those shades are really close in color.
03 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2010: [South-Africa]:I really love this game, but its not like a central focus in my life. I have a partner, a new house and roomate, kittens, plants, political actions, amazing projects, etc.
I am stealing internet from a neighbor with clear weather so I thought I'd check my emails and such. I AM sorry for holding up/ruining the game. I voted for a draw since it seems to be what most wanted.
07 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Pacific-Russia]:I went ahead and voted draw on this game, simply because S.A. really changed the dynamic of play.
07 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Near-East]:Don't think Brazil wants a draw...
07 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Brazil]:I'd still prefer to reduce numbers first to maximise profit for the rest of the people choosing draw =]
07 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Western-Canada]:Well of course you would. You´re standing the most to gain from SA´s absense. You´re already going to win a 100 points off this game. It would just be fair is all. But I guess all is fair in love and war eh?
08 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Oz]:How about this as an alternative. Everyone left works together against Brazil until he is eliminated after which we draw. Lets call it the penalty for being a douche....
08 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Brazil]:Notice that although I benefit from SA's skipped turns, Australia would be gone, as would West Can? Why not remove those who were being eliminated anyway? I think it's more fair for those who were winning or deserve the SC to gain points while those who didn't/deserve less should not get any at all.
09 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Russia]:I can see your point of view, but there should be some reward for persistence too. Oz and West Canada are in a weak position, but they didn't walk off in a huff and complain that the world owes them a favor. They continued to enter moves and continued to negotiate. In a genuine game they would probably lose, but in a compromised game like this there should be a reward for persistence as well.
09 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2011: [Brazil]:But as you said, persistence alone does not win games. All it does is slow down the inevitability. In most games, persistence would possibly get you a survive at max, but rarely a draw when there are players 3-4x your SC. Also on the topic of choosing Draw, I'm not the only person who hasn't pressed it and so, why have I been asked or pressured by others when the next strongest player has yet to press it either?
09 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2011: [Near-East]:I'll be glad to press it when you do, babe.
09 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2011: [Brazil]:Cutie <3
10 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2011: [South-Africa]:diplomacy orgy!!!!

my house.
10 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2011: [Russia]:I'll wear a tutu
11 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2011: [Pacific-Russia]:S.A. would be late to his own orgy. About two days late. :)
11 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2011: [Western-Canada]:gg
11 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2011: [Western-Canada]:well, for what it was anyway...
11 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2011: [Brazil]:GG, well played West Can! It was fun and I hope to see you in another game ;)
11 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2011: [Oz]:Only Brazil left to vote for the draw....
12 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2011: [Brazil]:You can see it like that or...Only Australia left till vote for the draw ;)
12 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2011: [Oz]:Sure you can look at it that way as well. If I was going for my first win on the site I'd be a dick about it too but it seems that you've won a couple of times so really its about a few extra points? Arguably I'd have done better but I was up against a multi who refused to negotiate and really bogged me down. Missing a few turns didn't help my cause when Sic moved in. And in truth You probably wouldn't be doing quite so well though if South Africa had stuck around to contest you.

If the solo or the extra 10 points are that important to you play or you could demonstrate your class and vote for the draw.
12 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2011: [Oz]:*play on*
13 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2011: [South-Africa]:I have to say brazil, at this point refusing to draw is just being obtuse.
13 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2011: [South-Africa]:also, I am NEVER late for an orgy
13 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Oz]:A good wack in the sack would be good for sack wack...

[Note to Self] I wish I was that clever in game play....
13 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Near-East]:oh baby south africa. i've missed you!
17 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Western-Canada]:Ta ta folks! Good luck to everyone but Brazil :)
17 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Brazil]:Meanie! I still love you though West Can <3
20 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2012: [South-Africa]:Well I have internet again. Cant say I'm terribly interested in continuing though.

I adamantly stand by my vote for a draw
21 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2012: [Oz]:Seconded. Adamantly as well. :)
22 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2012: [Western-Canada]:You guys will both be killed off, sorry to say. Brazil will keep this game going until he wins it. Can´t say that I really blame him though really...
31 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2013: [Brazil]:Happy New Years all :D
02 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2013: [Western-Canada]:This game as been riddled with dropping players. It´s ridiculous!
08 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2014: [Pacific-Russia]:Bah, I put all my moves in, and most have forgot to save before I left the page! How tedious.
08 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2014: [Pacific-Russia]:Never mind, I must be sleep - diploming.
16 Jan 11 UTC [Brazil]:Hmmm, this has gone on too long. I propose a 3-way draw before more rejoin and waste more time.
16 Jan 11 UTC [Pacific-Russia]:Since it is Autumn, I am going to grab some more of the N-E and then draw. So go green Ghana.
16 Jan 11 UTC [Pacific-Russia]:Good game guys!
17 Jan 11 UTC [Brazil]:Good game guys! Well played =]

See Ghana? I kept to my word in having a draw since SA first left xD
