11 Aug 21 UTC Spring, 11: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
17 Sep 21 UTC I was the last holdout. I needed some time to figure out whether any breakthrough was possible because I'm not so familiar with the map. Good game, well played everyone
17 Sep 21 UTC GG all. I thought I was to be supported to get to a 3 way draw but that wasn’t the case. Congrats Carthage on good defense.
17 Sep 21 UTC I couldn't think of a path where we could cut Carthage out of the draw; I had put almost 100% of my forces east to stop the Persia solo attempt, and so if Carthage got whittled down as far as I could tell Carthage would just go into my centers in order to stay alive, and even worse that might lead to a solo or something. So because I couldn't think of a way that I could safely help eliminate Carthage, I decided my best option was to just keep attacking east and see what happens.

I considered for a while whether we could cut Egypt actually, but it seemed like it would be too easy for Egypt to throw to Persia.
17 Sep 21 UTC Whew! My game was simple. Survive. I hated to snipe your centers Rome, but with Egypt coming for me, I needed more units. I thought it was Persia holding out, but once his/her units retreated, I thought it was Egypt, trying to go for the three way. Surprise, it was Rome all along.
17 Sep 21 UTC Thanks for the kind words Egypt.
18 Sep 21 UTC Wow, a near 30 year Med game. Woof.

I was also shocked when I voted draw after Carthage got to 4 SCs and there was still a holdout lol
