11 Sep 21 UTC | Why did you all let heartland win so easily? No one EVER fought back against him, and you all must have known he'd win. NONE of the other big players even tried to stop him from winning ... in Diplomacy, the idea is not to lose on purpose, the idea is to WIN, and if you can't, then the idea is to get a DRAW. You all just gave up 2-3 years into the game and let heartland win for no reason. Absolutely zero integrity, zero respect for the game. If you play to help other people win, get off this site |
11 Sep 21 UTC | GG everyone. It was a very fun game to play. I tried to take down Heartland, but we were located pretty far away, and by the time I reached him, he was unstoppable. Sorry Mexico for having to destroy you, but you were really in the way and it was much more effective to send in my own armies than to hope you'd do the right moves. Same with Texas, I didn't want to stab you, but you were in the way, and you just wouldn't tap Arizona or otherwise take any action against Heartland. I planned on only taking the two centers on the left for my own attempt on taking San Diego, and never planned on total annihilation for Texas. I can't really blame them for taking my centers though - they probably needed it more than I did. |
