12 Jul 21 UTC | Gg guys. |
12 Jul 21 UTC | Gg. Honestly expected you to wait on Peru dying. Grats Peru for surviving. |
12 Jul 21 UTC | Oh wow, we actually drew this? I'm quite surprised |
12 Jul 21 UTC | I assume that BC would be able to ROFL stomp their way through Heartland, but perhaps I underestimated how strong that defensive line was |
12 Jul 21 UTC | We definitely should have waited for Peru to die though, LOL |
12 Jul 21 UTC | I've also recently learnt that fleets can travel from NYC into NYS... this game might've been very different had I figured this out earlier, LOL |
12 Jul 21 UTC | Everyone else had voted draw, I wasn't making any headway against Mexico and Cuba, and if I went for Heartland then BC overwhelms them and I lose anyhow. |
12 Jul 21 UTC | Florida, how come you didn't go after New York? |
12 Jul 21 UTC | I'm more surprised that they didn't go after Cuba; it's a rare game that Cuba isn't crushed between Florida and Peru, haha |
12 Jul 21 UTC | When I play as Florida I never go after Cuba. Much better to let Cuba and Peru fight amongst themselves and keep Mexico occupied while Florida takes care of New York. |
12 Jul 21 UTC | And I'll echo Florida's sentiments. The game was stalemated in the north, I was taking too long in the south, and I was worried BC would try to start pushing my way. |
12 Jul 21 UTC | Gg Lucky to parashoot in a in government with me at the helm |
12 Jul 21 UTC | Because I recognized that Cuba had a large number of fleets, and once Peru was dead, the next logical target is for Cuba to move against me. If I'd moved north, I could have grabbed up more centers, but I already had a lot of forces committed against Mexico, and if I moved North I leave myself nearly defenseless. |
