13 May 21 UTC | gg everyone! This was a really good game, my first ever gunboat |
13 May 21 UTC | damn that was a tough endgame, figured after two years of negative supply centers it was time to admit that it was pretty well and stalemated |
13 May 21 UTC | great stab Greece, & what a stonewall defence in Leptis egypt |
13 May 21 UTC | Gg rom thought he was gonna make some plays. Not sure why Greece kept trying to ping Sidon. Was signaling non cooperation. If rom didn’t drawer I was blunt to make a comeback in carthage. And win Egypt pressuring Sidon I would have take a center to show that I meant business. Battle for leptis was epic. |
13 May 21 UTC | Yeah I thought I had it for a while too :p |
13 May 21 UTC | I'm curious about Sidon too, seemed like it was tying up a lot of troops |
13 May 21 UTC | If you didn’t retreat to dal in autumn 5 and went on to Dacia you would have been able to break Greece. How he reacts though we wouldn’t know |
13 May 21 UTC | Also fleet neapoli 5 adjustments |
13 May 21 UTC | Once it’s a 3 way if you go for a solo you have to attack get advantage on both |
13 May 21 UTC | I killed 2 armies and a fleet near leptis lol |
13 May 21 UTC | should have known, still pretty new to the game, so figured it was riskier to attack both at once than to try to focus on one |
13 May 21 UTC | but youre totally right that Illyria should have pressed |
13 May 21 UTC | still embarrased over Saguntum in A4 |
14 May 21 UTC | Great playing with you all! Yeah I was having a hard time with what to do in the east: my position was clearly weaker and made even weaker if I did support hold rather than continuing the stalemate support move. I was hoping it wouldn't antagonize. I'm lucky you went in for the draw, Rome: in order to jump on your my line clearly suffered and I was starting to lose a lot of ground. Tense game but fun! |
