06 Mar 21 UTC Spring, 1994: good luck
06 Mar 21 UTC Spring, 1994: Good luck everyone!
07 Mar 21 UTC Spring, 1994: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
07 Mar 21 UTC Spring, 1994: Bummer. Good luck for tomorrow, folks
07 Mar 21 UTC Spring, 1994: Sorry people I intentionally used my excused missed turn because I was late and I didn't have time negotiate. Sorry again.
07 Mar 21 UTC Spring, 1994: Could everybody ready their orders so we can move on?
11 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1995: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
13 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1995: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
13 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1995: Was that me again? Sorry, not intentional this time.
15 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: Public advisory: after false promises of friendship, Italy and Germany have launched a coordinated attack on Spain. Take appropriate caution in your future interactions with them.
15 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: Lmao
15 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: They did the same to me and then you allied with them
15 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: Well, shoot...I wish I'd known that sooner! :(
15 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: Nonsense, you'll always be safe when Italy and Germany team up...
15 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: Italy, can you share my message about my unwillingness about attacking Spain? I literally said that I don't want to look untrustworthy :(
Also Spain, I was genuine when we talked last, I talked to Italy after that.
15 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: Yeah, we only thought about attacking Spain after Germany had already sent a message offering support into Paris.
16 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
16 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: This Russia promises to be more reliable than the former. I’m open for business, please contact for a good time and quality alliances.
16 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: I would love to keep our alliance, as it's even more important now
17 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: Yes that’s for sure.
17 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: I am in deep trouble it would seem
17 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: So am i lmao
17 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: I feel like this game is unbalanced towards france: Even without my abysmal play, it seems that France is doomed to be surrounded. After taking Gibraltar, Spain cannot do anything but attacking france, so it has a guaranteed enemy pretty much. Secondly, you can only have one guaranteed center in the first turn, which hurts chances of expansion. Third, it seems that even if France does not fight or beats Spain, it is surround by 3 other close neighbors. In conclusion, i think France is the toughest country to play on this map, and this was one of my first games, so i was kinda doomed to lose.

Thank you guys, hpgood luck on the remainder of the game. Ill keep spectating.
17 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: France is probably the hardest start on this variant, absolutely -- thanks for playing to the end. The National Polish Orchestra performs "La Marseillaise" in your honor.
17 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: you can say the same about germany, ukraine, and poland. One of the last games I played as Germany and I got caged in by everyone.
17 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: Thanks poland lots of love to you
18 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: Good game France
18 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: Thx
18 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: I guess Fr+Sp+Br could have been a decently strong trio...sorry France, and better luck in the next game.
18 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: Yeah but if Spain is allied with france and england that can't really expand, or its really hard. Overall I think y'all made the right choices attacking me
19 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
19 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1996: Greetings, new Germany here.

21 Mar 21 UTC Spring, 1997: Sorry folks, was out in the woods for a bit.
25 Mar 21 UTC Spring, 1998: Anyone else have no idea you could build outside of your home centers on this variant?
25 Mar 21 UTC Spring, 1998: I was wondering why you put a fleet in Cairo instead of Libya...
28 Mar 21 UTC Spring, 1999: Play a dirge for Russia. They held up.
28 Mar 21 UTC Autumn, 1999: We tried :)

18 Apr 21 UTC Autumn, 2005: Good game everyone!
24 Apr 21 UTC Good game I saw battle lines drawn so just held out and followed Ukraine’s lead when I joined in. Had some move mistakes that cost some positions but just moved back with Ukraine’s help
24 Apr 21 UTC Yeah, Good game!
24 Apr 21 UTC Yah, I was hoping that Britain and I might have the chance to break through, but you both held it together well. Good game all!
