GG, thanks everyone! Aye, that was such a tough game for Mexico; Florida and Peru kept attacking me - at different times - even though an alliance or something like a non-aggression agreement would have been quite obviously mutually beneficial. Sigh...:)

Excuse me, what? I kept attacking you? You are the one who opportunistically attacked me even though, as you said, an alliance would have been so beneficial. There was no way for me to survive while being attacked by 3 players, so I chose to take you out with me for being so short-sighted.
Quebec and Heartland, you both played well. I was hoping to imbalance the alliance between you two by giving up my home centers to Quebec uncontested, but alas the alliance did not break.
