GAL -> RUM (moving to GAL in the first place was a feint, it was always going to RUM so that I can finish capturing the balkans + Turkey by end of next year)
LIV -> StP
BOH -> MUN supported by TYR
MAR -> BUR
VEN -> ROM
NAP -> TYS supported by ION
WAR hold
CON -> ANK

Minimum two builds from WAR + ANK + RUM - MAR (uncertain about SWE and MUN)
I build armies in TRI and BUD, probably, because I assume that SIL is still in SIL? or if it's in GAL, then I took MUN and I triple build armies

now it gets hard to map out
10 Dec 20 UTC if you're in still SIL, RUM goes to BUL then CON, ANK takes SMY in a year, TRI goes to VEN, VIE goes to BUD/TRI

if you're in GAL or something, honestly this is hard to think through but I probably give up on taking SER or CON in exchange for contesting BER and KIE. I certainly have very strong odds to win this game
