13 Nov 20 UTC Spring, 1903: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
06 Jan 21 UTC Well, fair play to Turkey but it was a bit disappointing to see no stalemate line created in a high buy in ame despite so much warning the solo was coming.

From the south it felt like a attempt to cut Germany out of the draw without the units in place to do so effectively or hold the line afterwards.

Rule 1: If someone solos, everyone else loses.

Rule 2: A smaller share of nothing is still nothing. When trying to cut down the draw, see rule 1.
06 Jan 21 UTC Good play on Germany’s part to not get cut out, too!
06 Jan 21 UTC GG dags! Congrats!
06 Jan 21 UTC Good game, all. Congrats, dags!

I needed England to take Kiel and get an army into Ruhr. I misjudged by thinking I could swing an army back into Kiel later, but once I made the decision to disband Kiel in Winter 1919, I signaled for three turns in a row for England to move Den into Kiel. I know I put our defenses in a bind with how I retreated (I wanted to make sure I was an integral part of the defenses), but I couldn’t get on the same page with England. I gambled that we could throw together defenses faster with how I retreated, and apologies to France that we failed you!
06 Jan 21 UTC Thx Sam! That sure was an intriguing game, given how quickly you took a huge early lead, which caused all your neighbors to panic & atk at the same time.

I understand the feelings, France, as you were the first one to recognize what was going on & react. I was hoping that at 2 (or at least 1) more would be eliminated before Russia & I accepted the draw (I can't stand 5-way draws)... so when it didn't appear that was happening, I took my shot.

Apologies to Russia - you were a great teammate for the juggernaut, and perhaps if I just held tight another year or 2 without drawing, the message would be received for 2 of EFG to eliminate the 3rd.

Also, props to England for coming back from the brink of elimination. I guess that's perfect proof that being left for dead is clearly not the same as being killed in this game.
09 Jan 21 UTC GG, everyone
12 Jan 21 UTC good game, every--esp. Turkey
