Ghana is preparing to send ships to the Congo and will look very favourably upon any of our brethren that do not contest such a claim.
To Libya specifically, We see Algeria as a natural extension of our empire, but will not contest Chad and offer aid elsewhere as you direct if you accept this state of affairs.

Kenya is observing worrying claims of territory foreshadowing a unavoidable and lengthy conflict. A conflict where every nation of this world has to decide if they are with us or are with the aggressors.

Kenya will protect the right of independence of our African neighbors. That include the brave nations of Ghana, Libya and South Africa. But also the proud nations of Zaire, Ethiopia and Zambia.

We know we have to trust our Libyan fiends and vice versa as we are helping Ethiopia. We are willing to help South Africa overlook the protection of Congo for an arrangement where Kenya can protect Zambia. Or Ghana should they be able to help us in dealings with Libya to secure the independence of Ethiopia.

May the good prevail.

To this end we will be inviting our brothers in Columbia and Venezuela to join us. Everyone knows they bring the best party favors.

To our North American friends, enjoy your burritos, may the central Americans benefit from our forbearance.

We would like to keep up peaceful communications with our Egyptian neighbors, and hope that they are happy to remain friendly.
