22 Jun 10 UTC	Spring, 1: Another note to all: each supply centre you hold counts as one unit of supply. You are able to support as many units in the field as your supply count. So, at the end of the year, you either build or disband to make up the difference. If building, these new units can ONLY BE BUILT IN A HOME CENTRE (one of the three you start with). The rules weren't as clear on this as they could have been).
