10 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2004: Farewell, good game Texas
11 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2004: Sorry to loose you Texas
11 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2004: just like the Alamo
11 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2004: Thank you for subbing, Texas! Best of luck next game :)
12 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2004: Thank you for stepping in Texas. I hope you have good luck in your future games.
16 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2005: These retreats are about to stretch to 48 hours instead of 24, aren’t they?
16 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2005: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
16 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2005: That was me, sorry. I've hit ready.
16 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2005: It’s all good — thanks for readying them.
17 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2005: New York lives.
20 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2006: First time in exactly six game years I’ve been free of hostile units bordering my home centers. That sound you just heard was me finally exhaling.
21 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2006: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
21 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2006: Farewell Heartland
21 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2006: Farewell Heartlands. Should we pause until another Heartlands joins us or should we just continue on?
21 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2006: I've put my pause in; with a position that large, it feels wrong for it to just lie there in CD. Let's get a real person at the helm.
21 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2006: I voted to pause too, although honestly, BC and Quebec were about to sweep through Heartland anyway.
21 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2006: Okay, I'll vote pause. Lets hope a new HL joins soon.
21 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2006: And I cancelled my pause vote because it looks like a new Heartland joined?
21 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2006: Or the old one came back, if that’s possible?
21 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2006: It is, you can take back the country if no one has done so.
21 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2006: Perfect!
21 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2006: Welcome back Heartland. Can everyone ready up please?
21 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2006: Whoops. Seems like you're right. Canceled my voted an readied.
21 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2006: I readied 22 hours ago when the turn extended.
25 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2007: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
25 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2007: Heartland nooooo
25 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2007: Lol, and he complained about me.
25 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2007: Last time this happened the same Heartland player reappeared. Who knows?
25 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2007: Well, that was 12 hours ago. Should we pause until we get a new Heartlands?
25 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2007: Righto
26 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2007: Farewell, New York! Good game.
26 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2007: Just FYI, all, I withdrew my pause vote. Heartland is finished regardless of whether someone steps in or not.
29 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2008: Well this got interesting quickly...
29 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2008: Good game, Florida, Heartland.
29 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2008: Literally the only person who didn't do any stabbing >.<

I've got my draw up as we agreed; when y'all have punched yourselves out, we can take the draw we already decided we were fine with :)
29 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2008: With the last round of moves and basically everyone stabbing at least someone else, I think the possibility of a draw went out the window.

But yes, GG Heartlands and Florida. You played well, but with you both being attacked from every side, it would have been hard to stay alive.
29 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2008: I don’t know, I could still go for the draw, but not until Florida and Heartland are out after builds and disbands.
29 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2008: These talks about a draw have me wondering. What would have happened if we decided to draw when the Heartlands was still around, but had no player? Would the Heartlands still get a share and the points just vanish, or would it be split evenly among everyone else?
30 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2008: Since the player had left it would split the pot between the remaining players.
30 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2008: That makes sense. Thank you for the answer Texas.
30 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 2008: BC, are you still out there?
31 Aug 20 UTC Spring, 2009: I am still here Cuba. Just taking a step back from comms given the recent turn of events and have had a busy weekend.
31 Aug 20 UTC Spring, 2009: Appreciate the response, sorry to pester.
31 Aug 20 UTC Spring, 2009: I feel quite some pleasure to see British Columbia being stabbed by Quebec. I mean, I've told you all so, but apparently I'm being a Cassandra...
01 Sep 20 UTC Good game, all.
01 Sep 20 UTC This was an excellent game all around. Thanks all!
01 Sep 20 UTC Sorry I did not put a better fight!
01 Sep 20 UTC Thank you everyone for a great game! Actually, this was the first game I survived long enough to participate in a draw, so thank you all for that.
03 Sep 20 UTC Thanks again everyone - it was good to play this map variant again (last time was six years ago or so, so I had completely forgotten everything about it) with people who had experience of playing it (or a desire to play it).

I'm having a little break from games for a while, but I'd be keen to play this variant again in the future with anyone who'd like to join.
03 Sep 20 UTC Okay, let's play again sometime and hope I will avoid Alamo this time!
