31 May 10 UTC | Spring, 1: Hello all! Welcome to your first diplomacy game. As Jeremy pointed out earlier, you are all going down!!! |
31 May 10 UTC | Spring, 1: Under the map, you have a list of your armies. Choose some moves to expand your territory. Each new country will give you a new army/fleet at the end of the year. There are two turns each year: spring and autumn. To conquer you MUST hold the new territory in autumn. If you pass and leave it, you won't get a new army. Also, check the Help link on the top-right. It gives a very brief overview of possible moves, support and defense options. This game is about diplomacy so start talking and negoiating with your neighbors! |
31 May 10 UTC | Spring, 1: Forgot to say: after choosing actions for your armies, if you click on "Save" your moves will be saved but you can still make changes. If you click "Ready" it means you're ready to go the next turn. |
31 May 10 UTC | Spring, 1: seems easy at the beginning...then the enemies will show their ugly faces |

31 May 10 UTC | Spring, 1: Since Cengique is clearly the favorite, I think we should all band together and wipe him out immediately!! Who's with me? |
31 May 10 UTC | Spring, 1: When we get a new army or fleet at the end of the year, where does it go? |
31 May 10 UTC | Spring, 1: Not fair! I should use my experience to wipe you all out! :) New armies and fleets can only be produced at your original home towns. Be sure to leave them empty if you want to be able to produce armies. |

01 Jun 10 UTC | Spring, 1: why hasn't the game progressed... it shows that we have all finished our turns... that's what the little green check-mark is next to our countries at the bottom, right? |
01 Jun 10 UTC | Spring, 1: ah ha.. it's persia's fault! selva, you have to click ready! your check-mark is purple instead of green! |
01 Jun 10 UTC | Spring, 1: yes, that's right. Selva: make a decision! :) |
01 Jun 10 UTC | Autumn, 1: Oops sorry about that. Yes now i am ready to rock and roll. |
01 Jun 10 UTC | Autumn, 1: So is the diplomacy is indirectly through email? |

01 Jun 10 UTC | Autumn, 1: what? |
01 Jun 10 UTC | Autumn, 1: it's through whatever means you can think of. (if i understand you correctly, you're asking when the diplomatic relations occur between players...?) |
