28 May 20 UTC	Shut down? No. I gave Russia all of turkey intentionally, so he could fight England. With no Russian South Navy, a dead turkey, and no Austrian fleets. I had total victory on my East. My eastern garrison requirements were zero.
28 May 20 UTC	@Italy - I figured you were doing that based on the fleet moves. I knew I would need to shore up something to help prevent a solo attempt. Austria had me worried at the end though...

28 May 20 UTC	Well when he moved to Ukraine looked like he wanted to take sevastopol and I moved to Trieste to make sure it wasn't open for a fleet build
