23 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: Well, folks, there's that; my gamble about working with Austria to make gains in Turkey has exposed a selfish opportunist. I think we can all agree, no other conflict matters now. We need to unite in stopping Austria, or the game is already over
23 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: I'm not sure you are right. At least I can't totally agree in this. :)
I know Russia is a very good player, he played very well with my units, in almost all turn he gave me instructions what to step, and I did. I'm sure he would seek the opportunity to attack me after we conquered Turkey, I felt I need to step before him. I feel really bad for this. I ask for sorry from him here as well.
But I don't think "it is over", far from it. That's right this position is far more than I was hoping before the beginning of this game, but not so good. I will give back to my Turkish friend his territories, this new government seems much better. So, you be sure my territories will decrease in next year. And Italy is in my homeland, I need to handle it somehow.
I can offer for everybody help, who is open to work with me or at least we can build up a dmz between us.
29 Mar 20 UTC Spring, 1904: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
02 Apr 20 UTC Spring, 1905: Goodbye Italy, and thanks for playing with us. I'm sorry we couldn't work together. I wish you more successful games for the coming rounds!
02 Apr 20 UTC Spring, 1905: I know I'm in a good position, but I don't see real chance for the solo, you are all great players. So, if you all want we can finish this game here. My draw vote is on.
02 Apr 20 UTC Spring, 1905: I also voted draw.
04 Apr 20 UTC Good game everybody.
04 Apr 20 UTC Wat
04 Apr 20 UTC how the frick did I make it into this?
How did England survive to this?
04 Apr 20 UTC I didn't really want a 6-way, but thinning the draw wasn't worth risking Austria soloing. GG, especially Russia and Austria, and good luck to everyone in their next games.
04 Apr 20 UTC Disappointing end, as if Austria hadn’t broke faith when he did we could have dropped this to a 3-way, but this whole tournament has been full of such disappointments. Apologies to the rest, this game was my fault
04 Apr 20 UTC Hi all!
Thanks for the game, I've enjoyed it a lot. For me Italy and the first Turkey were disappointing with there almost no communication. I would like to ask sorry again from SirThursday, it would be great to play the game in alliance. Normally I would prefer that one. But we are in the tournament now, and I know there are other leaderboards with other scoring system, but I think we should concentrate to the tournament scoring if we are here. So, I don't care if a draw 3 or 6 or even 7. Only the solo and the first position scores. Maybe I made a mistake with the draw, but I didn't felt that I could reach the solo. I had stalemateline with France and Russia, and I think if I wouldn't vote for the draw Germany would turn against me.
But I'm still happy I could take the topboard 0.1 point, it is very valuable, while it is very difficult to reach a solo especially with this scoring system.
I would like to congratulate to kgray for the R3G5 game, I was really surprised that a 17-17 draw could be reach here.
I wish you good luck and good games for the coming rounds.
