But because of the coronavirus, everyone who is in the first year will go to the second year! So, the reason is a sad thing(the coronavirus), but i am happy that i am allowed to go to the second year of my study

Worst case, France takes Trieste and you take it back. Best case, the extra build allows your to break Ionian and potentially regain Italy.

There's a good number of other solos coming down the pipe, which should make the final rounds very interesting indeed. Lord that game France linked gives me agina though. I feel for those players who are being dragged along in it.
