16 Dec 19 UTC | Congratulations Russia! It was fascinating to see how the Alliance does not cope with Russia! I'm sorry if someone had high hopes for me, but unfortunately those who were in my rear when I managed to completely neutralize Russia, failed to convince me that they will not share me with Russia, and after the dissolution of the army in Belarus (probably wrong) the game was almost certainly lost forever. But I still do not regret it and I really hope that no one else will make such mistakes. Not like me, not like those who attacked me while I was holding back Russia. Thank you all for playing |

16 Dec 19 UTC | Wow, this is my first solo ever ! GG all, is was a nice game. @Poland : you were a brave opponent. Our alliance until 2000 worked very well, sometimes we were even too much generous ^^ (in Sweden in Spring 1995 for instance). It wasn't my intention to turn on you so early, but at the end of 2000 I had 3 builds and no other place to build. If England wouldn't have attacked you you would probably succeed in stopping me (depending on the South front though, Italy in 2007 acted in the same way). @England : a 4-way draw was still possible in 2007, why did you decide to abandon Scandinavia ? It was also clearly an error to fight Poland in 2003, you should have put all your units against me, I would have withdrew bit by bit. Nevertheless, the unexpected support in Murmansk to prevent me from building a fleet in the North was very smart. @Italy, you made me a huge gift by abandoning the Mediterranean in 2007. I could have to struggle a lot to enter in it. @Spain, nice game, you weren't lucky with English strategy. @Ukraine, there's always a part of luck at the beginning of such a game, when your 2 neighbours decide to cooperate you're unable to fight them. @Egypt, @Turkey : nice played. I had to be ingenious to beat both of you. Luckily for me you were fighting each other. |
16 Dec 19 UTC | @Russia "sometimes we were even too much generous ^^" i only saw Poland very generious in this alliance. even later on, after your stab, poland seemed simply on a mission to make russia great again. "a 4-way draw was still possible in 2007, why did you decide to abandon Scandinavia ?" Your assessmemt of 2007 is simply wrong. At this time i can easily count your future SC gains to almost 30 even with best possible defense by all players. If you then add that Poland was not taking any meaningful defense versus Russia (well, i guess fighting Italy and collecting England SC was more important), Italy who was the main defender in the south got attacked from everybody and Spain who was simply having some fun in the south, it is total clear that this game was lost for years. I would guess the last line of defense was Poland gifting Lit to Russia while blocking England trying to fight Russia in 2005. |
